Collection: Private Playmaker Group Sessions
These workouts consist of (45) minutes of game skill work followed by (60) minutes of live game scenarios - such as pick & roll, dribble hand-offs, off-ball screens, movement without the ball, etc. - in 2v2, 3v3 & 4v4 settings.
This group workout will improve both the player’s on-court confidence & in-game decision making. Their ability to make the right read consistently will be challenged in this type of workout & will increase their overall IQ of the game on both defense & offense.
